BH City Hall opens tender for installation of PV plant in quilombo

A Belo Horizonte City Hall published, in the Official Gazette of the Municipality, bidding in Auction mode for the contracting of technical services for the implementation of a solar plant at the headquarters of Quilombo Mangabeiras, in the northeast region of the capital.

The winning company will be responsible for installation of a photovoltaic system, ensuring the full supply of materials, labor, installation services, network connection procedures before the concessionaire and guaranteeing a 146.9 kWp plant or greater on the property.

The Electronic Auction will be held in a public session via the internet. The notice and its amendments are available on the websites www.licitacoes-e.com.br It is www.pbh.gov.br.

Those interested in participating in the auction must have a personal identification key and password (non-transferable), obtained at Banco do Brasil S/A branches. Access must be done on the website's home page www.licitacoes-e.com.br, “Identified Access” option.

To the proposals will be opened on the 28th, at 8am. The bidding session is scheduled to start at 10am on the same day. More information is available online.

MG plans for the PV sector

According to data from ANEEL (National Electric Energy Agency), Minas Gerais leads the state ranking of installed power in photovoltaic DG (distributed generation) with 2.1 GW.

“The state’s leadership is the result of public policies and tax incentives that the government has created to promote the solar energy market.” This is review by Kathleen Garcia, deputy secretary who participated in the Expo GD (Brazilian Distributed Generation Fair).
