City Hall launches public call to accredit solar energy companies

A Campo Grande City Hall (MS) released the public call notice from Emha (Municipal Housing and Land Affairs Agency) to call for companies specializing in solar energy interested in providing photovoltaic kits.

The information appears in the Official Gazette of the Municipality Wednesday (6). The kits will be intended to serve beneficiaries of the Credithabita Program, with the aim of improving the conditions of housing units and promote the sustainable energy generation.

According to the rules of the notice, interested companies in carrying out the accreditation will have the purpose of providing a photovoltaic kit containing all the equipment and materials necessary for the operation of the photovoltaic system, as well as, labor for installation of the aforementioned kits.

According to Claudio Marques, deputy director of Emha, this is one of the main new features at Credihabita. “Now we will begin the accreditation phase of companies in the segment interested and able to provide the services,” he said.

“Once this entire process is complete, beneficiaries will have the opportunity to purchase and install renewable energy systems in their homes, promoting sustainability and energy savings,” added Marques.

“This addition reflects Emha’s commitment to seeking efficient and ecologically responsible solutions for Campo Grande families”, he added.

Any interested company that meets all the requirements contained in the call notice and that has been operating in the field of photovoltaic solar energy installation for more than two years can participate in the call.

Furthermore, the company must have all the qualification documents required in the notice and be registered with the Federal Revenue Service (CNPJ) and state registration (ICMS) active and without registration restrictions.

Companies in bankruptcy or in bankruptcy proceedings, under competition from creditors, in dissolution or liquidation, which have their right to bid and contract with the Public Administration suspended and which have been declared unsuitable to bid or contract with the Public Administration, cannot participate in the accreditation. Public administration.

Interested parties must deliver a single sealed envelope, with all the necessary qualification documentation, from Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 11 am and from 1 pm to 5 pm, at the REURB Request Analysis and Distribution Center of the Municipal Housing Agency and Land Affairs, located at Rua Íria Loureiro Viana, 415, Vila Oriente.

Credithabita

The Credihabita Program aims to grant financing for the acquisition of construction materials and acquisition of technical assistance, intended for the construction, expansion, renovation and building regularization of housing units.

To do this, you must be registered with Emha, have a monthly family income of up to five minimum wages, reside in Campo Grande for at least two years, be the owner of a paid-off and duly registered residential property and be over 18 years old.
