Two thousand and twenty was an atypical year, but it left a positive balance for companies in the photovoltaic market. Among them is Solar Group, a company specializing in fixing structures for roofs in Brazil.
“We learned a lot. We had to understand the impacts that the pandemic had on the entire supply chain in the solar photovoltaic energy sector. Our teams needed to act quickly and the result was surprising”, comments Ronaldo Koloszuk, commercial director at SolarGroup.
During the past year, the company opened its second factory, expanding its production capacity, and expanded its network of partners and distributors across the country.
According to Koloszuk, there is a Solar Group structure in every corner of Brazil. He states that the brand's success lies in the quality of the structures and also in the entire network that exists behind the company.
“100% focuses on photovoltaic solar energy, all of Solar Group's efforts are focused on listening to the needs of customers in the field and transforming them into solutions. It is common to launch products that came from suggestions from partners”, says Koloszuk.
“Our relationships have always been based on respect, trust and partnership. These differences ended up generating the empathy that helped us get through the most difficult period of the pandemic”, he highlights.
Plans for 2021
This year, Solar Group has several projects that must be executed. “We want to further expand our manufacturing capacity to meet all demand, which is growing in this area. We believe that Brazil, as well as the rest of the world, is moving towards sustainability and we will be prepared for this movement”, says odcommercial director of Solar Group.
“Our focus continues to be providing customers with the best solutions for Brazilian roofs, combining R&D with a deep knowledge of market demands, to always bring launches of the best structures for the Brazilian reality”, adds Ronaldo.
Preferred brand of integrators
Solar Group was chosen, for the third consecutive time, as the preferred brand of integrators, according to research carried out by Greener, a company specialized in market research. The recognition was obtained in the second half of 2019 and in the first and second half of last year.
“The way we serve our customers is one of Solar Group’s biggest differentiators. Everything is designed so that information is passed quickly, transparently and efficiently – and these differences are known and valued by the solar market. Our service channels were structured so that you know each product well and can answer your questions with engineers, who know the reality of each roof in Brazil”, concludes Koloszuk.
