SolarZ launches two products during the SolarZ Summit Sudeste

Company aims to improve customer experience during sales and after-sales processes

A SolarZ  carried out the launch of two products during the SolarZ Summit Southeast, which runs until March 18, in Belo Horizonte (MG). They are: the Proposal Generator and the Solchat. Both have the function of improving the customer experience during the sales and after-sales processes.

For Rouglas Strapazzon, CPO of SolarZ, the releases are part of one andrange of products and services of the company's ecosystem and community.

He also states that the Proposal Generator overcomes two major difficulties that companies have in the market, which are the lack of time and effort spent on preparing personalized commercial proposals for each client.

“Each solar energy project is unique and requires a series of calculations and simulations to determine the best solution for the customer. Furthermore, the prices of equipment and services can vary greatly depending on the supplier, which makes preparing proposals even more complex,” he said.

“It was then that we decided to create software that would automate this entire process and allow the generation of personalized commercial proposals in a few minutes”, highlighted Strapazzon.

Proposal Generator

With the Proposal Generator, customer data is entered just once and all necessary information is automatically generated, including energy savings calculations, return on investment, delivery times and detailed budgets.

It also allows the integrator to import customer data directly from the CRM. Sizing with invoice data is carried out considering the new GD rules.

According to SolarZ, the software has an intelligent cost center, which informs the ideal kits related to the selected voltage, structure and sizing. This avoids errors in pricing and profits and increases the efficiency of the process as a whole.

All these features, according to the company, allow salespeople to dedicate more time to consulting and customer service, instead of spending hours preparing personalized proposals.

Solchat

Solchat is a support tool for automating companies' commercial WhatsApp, functioning as a business organizer, which centralizes communication and improves service. This allows internal task control.

This product offers some tools and functionalities, such as: the unique WhatsApp number; user, chatbot, service, funnel, addchats, NPS, API. The user can choose to obtain the complete package or purchase just a few tools.

Future SolarZ releases

For the coming years, the company stated that it is investing in expanding operations and training staff, aiming to offer an even more agile, personalized and efficient service.

Among these future products, they highlighted a line of commercial management software and systems. Another novelty is the preparation in 2023 for the expansion of operations to other markets, such as the free energy market.
