SolaX anuncia novidades para mercado fotovoltaico no Brasil

The manufacturer of photovoltaic inverters SolaX Power announced something new for the Brazilian solar market. Single-phase inverters below 10 kW are already in the testing phase with the INMETRO (National Institute of Metrology, Quality and Technology).

“The forecast is that in one or two months we will have all of them certified. The X1 Boost family already has certification, X1 Smart should come into force within a few weeks and the X1 Mini line will be missing”, he states. Luiz Felipe Kern Ribeiro, commercial and technical supervisor at SolaX Power.

According to Ribeiro, the evaluations are taking place in accredited Brazilian laboratories with the aim of adequately complying with all current regulations. There are approximately 20 different tests that examine efficiency, maximum power and disconnection from the grid in the event of a power outage.

SolaX estimates that, with the certification of inverters by INMETRO, it will be possible to form new partnerships with distribution companies to sell the manufacturer's products in the country without worrying about bureaucracy.

“The aim is to centralize these operations. This way, new and current distributors will not have to bear costs involving this and manage their renewal, making the bureaucratic part much easier. This way, they will essentially focus on their business”, he added.
