SolaX launches product that combines hybrid inverter, BMS and expandable battery modules

A SolaX Power launched the X1/X3-IES, an integrated solution for storage of energy that combines hybrid inverter from 3 to 15 kW, BMS (Battery Management System) and modules in battery expandable, with capacity ranging from 5 kWh to 20 kWh (single-phase) and 10 to 30 kWh (three-phase).

The equipment was specially developed to meet the needs of homes and small commercial establishments, such as bakeries and grocery stores, for example.

One of the main highlights of the product is the possibility of making the most of solar energy, allowing oversizing of up to 200%. Additionally, the system supports up to 200% PV input and up to 20 A DC input via MPPT.

“The X1/X3-IES offers an unequal three-phase output, allowing efficient and optimized use of energy, as well as having electricity management features based on artificial intelligence, taking into account the consumption schedule and user needs”, he explained. the company.

Other advantages

In terms of reliability, the X1/X3-IES has additional safety features – such as optional AFCI detection and rapid shutdown – and has electrical surge protection with SPD type II on the AC and DC sides. The batteries used in the system are made from LiFePO4 technology, free of cobalt, which guarantees greater durability and safety.

According to the manufacturer, it takes just half an hour to complete the system installation. “The modular and plug & play design allows for easy adaptation to the specific needs of each user. Furthermore, it offers the option of a wireless meter, allowing for convenient and efficient monitoring.”

“Finally, the X1/X3-IES ensures robust power backup. With a fast switching time of less than 10ms, it is capable of providing uninterrupted power in the event of a power outage and supports overcharging the 200% of the EPS for up to 10 seconds and a maximum charge/discharge rate of up to 50 A,” they concluded.
