Solis opens new service center in Campinas (SP)

Focusing on improving customer service, manufacturer opens new office

The inverter manufacturer Solis Inventor, opened at the beginning of July (04), a new customer service center in the city of Campinas (SP). 

According to the company, the opening of the space fulfills its commitment to offering continuous improvements to its customers, expanding stock of its products and expanding its services to improve your operations in the country. 

The choice of the city was not random, according to Pedro Almeida, pre-sales engineer at the manufacturer, the Campinas region is one of the main poles economic in the state of São Paulo, being a great attraction for industrialists from the most diverse sectors and especially solar, which is also one of the fastest growing in the region.

“In this region there are large companies that distribute and integrate photovoltaic equipment, increasing our connectivity with different areas. Internationally recognized universities, such as Unicamp, are also located in Campinas, enabling partnerships with national laboratories and researchers. Furthermore, the region provides easy access for receiving containers from China and sending equipment to our customers throughout Brazil”, comments the engineer.

With the new space in the interior of São Paulo, the manufacturer hopes to be able to establish a relationship and prospect new customers. “The expansion of our service team will also be one of the focuses of this new service center. Solis is known not only for reliable equipment, but also for the quality of its after-sales service. With this, we are increasing the size of the team to maintain our usual agility and efficiency”, informs Almeida.

The space will also have a structure to welcome and train customers with the company's technologies. “The training of our partners and customers is essential for the correct advancement of photovoltaic technology in our country”, concludes Almeida.
