In order to offer an economical option for the photovoltaic market, the manufacturer of photovoltaic structures Spin launched the tracks that will be part of the company's new economic line. “The same quality, with a new price,” stated the company.
According to the company, its new rails support spacings of up to 2 meters, have clip fixing, easy fixing junction and clamps for photovoltaic panels from 35 mm to 45 mm. Assembly is flexible, allowing modules to be implemented in portrait and landscape.
Furthermore, the manufacturer stated that the products have easy access to all tightening and adjustment points, KTL/Polyester surface treatment with automotive standards and no heavy metals, as well as high resistance to corrosion and UV rays.
To produce the equipment, Spin consulted several integrators in the photovoltaic market. The concern was to bring a product that offered more safety and resistance, in addition to ease of application of the fasteners.
According to Júlio César Tavernaro Ribeiro, sales consultant at Spin, the equipment is sent to distributors in customized kits, in addition to being organized according to the assembly order, the kits come with a guide.
“The installer will open the box and receive a printed assembly guide, a quick guide with all the information about screws and mounting positions and also, this quick guide, has a QR Code that directs to our collection of assembly materials on the Spin website”, explains Ribeiro.
