A Sun Mobi launched last week, the robot Clara, a free channel with artificial intelligence technology to encourage solar energy subscription in Brazil.

The company specializes in remote shared solar plants, which serve consumers within CPFL's concession area. In total, there are 27 municipalities served by the projects.

The company's new tool serves as a free channel with AI (artificial intelligence) technology for communicating via chat about the advantages and operation of the solar energy subscription service in the country.

Furthermore, access to the robot can be via WhatsApp, with a button available on the Sun Mobi website.

Alexandre Bueno, partner at Sun Mobi, highlighted to Canal Solar that the objective is to expand relationship channels with Brazilian consumers. “We want to create a differentiated experience for our customers and the general public who want to better understand Sun Mobi and also scale through technology,” he stated.

Also according to Bueno, the company is preparing for a technological advance and plans to serve more than 6 thousand customers. In total, R$ 50 thousand were invested, being spent on acquired technology and implementation.

Alexandra Januário Susteras, also a partner at Sun Mobi, clarified that the service verified by Metha (Facebook) is capable of facilitating understanding of the solar energy sector and explaining how the subscription works, such as the cost of the service and the % savings on the electricity bill, for example.

Bueno also highlighted that Sun Mobi seeks to prioritize good customer service and believes that this factor has a great influence on demand in the solar sector.

“We will need a lot of technology to keep our structure lean and the customer well served, which is the most important thing. The focus is to maintain quality service for a greater volume of customers”, he concluded.
