Sunways opens sales and service center in Brazil

Photovoltaic inverter manufacturer Sunways opened its sales and service center in Campinas (SP). The company highlighted that the decision considered the fact that Brazil is one of the largest solar energy markets in the world.

“Sunways has set up its center to strengthen sales and after-sales services and react to local customer requests in a timely manner, as well as further strengthen its presence in South American markets and offer a wide range of services to a large number of customers,” the company said in a press release.

“The ability to provide high-quality services worldwide is a basic requirement for satisfied customers. At the same time, we offer agility and a high level of technical knowledge in after-sales service. Our goal is to provide impeccable service to dealers and installers across the country,” said Kui Li, Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing.

According to the company, from October 1st Sunways' Brazilian team will provide a range of services, including pre-sales consultancy, technical support and troubleshooting and project development. “These services will be available every day, 24 hours a day, which will greatly improve the service experience for customers”, highlighted Carlos Trotta, Sales Manager for Brazil and Latin America.

According to the executive, the company's investments in Brazil are ambitious. “We will continue to increase our investments and improve our services in Brazil and South America. We plan to establish two more sales and service centers in the northeast and south of Brazil in 2022 to provide customers with faster repair service,” said Trotta.

Intersolar 2021

Sunways will be present at the next Intersolar South America in São Paulo, between October 18th and 20th. During the event, the multinational will showcase a series of grid-tie inverters compatible with high-power photovoltaic modules and a new energy storage inverter.

“We will display several inverters, including those from the STS 3-11KTL line, single-phase residential, and those from the STT 4-125KTL line, three-phase. This equipment is suitable for high-power and bifacial modules and can be widely used in commercial and residential projects, creating great value for customers and improving system efficiency”, explained the Sales Manager for Brazil and Latin America.

“The STH 3-8KTL-HS single-phase energy storage inverters also incorporate a number of cutting-edge features, including backup overload capability of 2 times rated power (for 60 seconds) and connection time (for entry into UPS mode – uninterruptible power supply) of less than 10 ms, practically imperceptible for the loads being supplied in the event of a failure of the public electricity grid”, concludes the executive.
