Sunways offers technology training to distributors in Brazil

The company has already established offline authorized distributors and channels in more than 50 countries

The manufacturer of photovoltaic inverters Sunways announced that it is offering face-to-face training for Brazilian customers.

The company's goal is to help them better understand the company's product features, problem-solving skills and technical know-how.

The local services team, created in Campinas (SP), held the first course for distributors in the city of Jaú (SP), on November 23rd.

Carlos Trotta, Sunways country manager in Brazil with more than 10 years of experience in the photovoltaic industry, held this session.

“To better serve customers as a qualified distributor, the first step is to learn everything about the equipment’s features, as well as its design idea,” said Trotta.

“This way, new knowledge will be acquired and these professionals will be able to better deal with customer queries”, he added.

The manufacturer plans to expand its presence in Brazil by holding more seminars, conferences and training sessions in order to offer more personalized and higher quality services. In total, it has already established offline authorized distributors and channels in more than 50 countries.

  1. We are distributing Sunways equipment and all integrators praised the equipment. Whether due to the robustness of its construction, the reliability offered throughout the development of the project, the ease of configuring the application and even the design, the end customer wins when the inverter has to be located in a visible location in their home or business. Warranty and after-sales are other factors that help a lot in consolidating the brand.
