One in every six panels sold in 2022 was from JA Solar

Shipments totaled more than 40 GW, a share of 16% in global share

In 2022, the JA Solar module shipments totaled more than 40 GW, a 16% stake in share global, that is, in every six solar panels sold last year, one was from the brand. The survey was carried out by the manufacturer based on data from S&P Global, a company specialized in market research.

Also according to JA Solar, in 2022 there was an increase of 181% in shipments to the country, compared to 2021. The company has been operating in Brazil since 2015, being attracted by the diversified energy matrix and Brazilian market potential.

“The high production capacity of the Chinese is also reflected in the ranking of installed power. Recent data from ABSOLAR (Brazilian Photovoltaic Solar Energy Association) shows China in first place in power (306 GW), followed by the Americans (93 GW), Japanese (74 GW), Germans (58 GW) and Indians (49 GW) ”, states the company.

“Our goal is to be number one in quality, performance and service for a lasting business relationship with partners and customers”, highlighted Fernando Castro, Country Manager Brazil at JA Solar.

In Brazil, JA has a complete service structure, integrating sales, after-sales, logistics and marketing to serve the DG (distributed generation) and GC (centralized generation) markets.

The office is located in Jundiaí (SP) in the Maxime Office Tower building, and has more than 10 professionals in the areas of sales, marketing, engineering, warehousing and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorizations) support.
