Three sheds, located in the city of Belo Horizonte (MG), received in their roofs the installation of a solar plant in 2.2 MWp. Switched on at the beginning of October, the system was built on an area of 16,000 m².

In total, the project has 4,632 panels of Canadian Solar, which will generate 240/250 thousand kWh per month, and 15 inverters Solis of 110 kW, distributed among the warehouses.

The owner of the properties, already having a large roof area, chose to optimize their income, transforming them into a renewable and economically viable source of energy.

Each warehouse has its own inverter house, adopting an installation model that stands out for its natural ventilation. According to the manufacturer, this approach not only guarantees the ideal temperature for the inverters to operate, but also contributes to superior energy efficiency.

According to the manufacturer, the equipment was installed by the integrator company ON Energia. Genyx was responsible for distributing the products.

“ON Energia’s technical expertise in projects, engineering and installations, plus the partnership with Genyx, were essential for the project to come to life and become a reference in the sector”, concluded Solis.
