The time invested in installing a photovoltaic plant is one of the main concerns of investors. With this factor in mind, SE Engenharia Elétrica LTDA used Po clipswAR Snap S+, from the manufacturer ARaymond in the implementation of a project located in Faxinal (PR).

In total, the plant Cortez Agrícola It has 408 Canadian 535 W mono photovoltaic modules and two 75 kW 380V inverters. To install the plant, 1,632 PowAR™ Snap S+ were used, four per module.

According to the installing company, the installation time for each module was, on average, 10 seconds. The installation had a team of 8 professionals. The plant has a generation capacity of 27,133 MWh per month.

The project also features aluminum structures from PhotoEnergy. The plant will be used to offset energy expenditure in the form of DG (distributed generation).

ARaymond Solution

Among the highlights of PowAR™ Snap S+, the manufacturer ARaymond highlights that its clips enable faster installation, lower costs and greater ease of use.

“With our clips, installation is much faster and without the need for special tools such as an electric screwdriver and torque wrench, in addition, it has a design without screws and nuts (which loosen over time) and eliminates periodic torque control. . Another difference is that the elastic mechanical fixation reduces the risk of hot spots and also has a grounding function”, points out Rafael Avila, Key Account Manager at ARaymond.

According to the company, its clips were tested and approved by the ARaymond Energies testing laboratory and validated by the main photovoltaic module manufacturers. PowAR™ Snap S+ has also been tested by Serma Technologies and is IEC 61215:2016 compliant.
