O Crea-SP website (Regional Council of Engineering and Agronomy of São Paulo) is suffering from instability problems throughout this week due to the large number of hits, the vast majority of professionals and integrators in the distributed micro and mini generation sector.

These are professionals who are trying to issue, at the last minute, ARTs (Technical Responsibility Notes) needed to be able to file access opinions of its photovoltaic projects with electricity concessionaires.

From Saturday (7) to the new compensation rules, established in Law 14,300 and which exclude the tariff components of TUSD (Tariff for Use of the Distribution System) for new DG projects, officially come into force in Brazil.

On its website, the Crea-SP confirmed that the large number of accesses was one of the reasons that caused the system instability. “We are working towards a resolution as soon as possible. We count on everyone’s collaboration”, highlighted CREA-SP.

Wanted by Solar Channel, the press office of the Crea-SP also offered to send a response with measures that affected professionals must follow so as not to be harmed due to the problem caused. Once you receive this information, the Solar Channel will update this report.

The dealership's system is down and I can't register projects. What to do?
