A ZNShine promoted a event to promote networking with partners and display the portfolio of solutions of the manufacturer aiming to strengthen its presence in the Brazilian solar energy market.

During the event, Jacky Huang, President of Global Sales and Marketing at ZNShine, highlighted the importance of the meeting and discussed his expectations regarding the future of the solar sector in Brazil.

In addition to the executive, Eric Zheng, Director of Technical Product Services at ZNShine It is Derek Wang, Director of Sales of the company were present.

Both presented, to around 100 guests who attended the dinner, the photovoltaic module with polyurethane structure and the SRS system manufactured by the company.

“The event was held with the purpose of expressing our gratitude for the continuous and lasting trust that our customers place in us, as well as strengthening our bonds of friendship and partnership,” said Wang.

Polyurethane structure

According to the manufacturer, polyurethane composite materials have excellent physical properties. After testing, the longitudinal tensile strength and flexural strength of the product can reach more than 1000 Mpa, which is seven times that of aluminum alloy in terms of strength.

Another characteristic emphasized by the company is that the density of the polyurethane composite material is 2g/cm³, which is equivalent to 2/3 of the density of aluminum alloy.

“It has unique advantages such that it can replace traditional metal materials. Parts made from polyurethane materials are 15-30% lighter than parts made from traditional aluminum alloys,” ZNShine emphasized.

SRS System

According to the manufacturer, ZNShine SRS is a standardized solution, applicable to a diversity of rooftop photovoltaic installations, “effectively avoiding several weaknesses of conventional solutions, such as non-standardized transportation, chaotic storage, difficult to design and install, planning disorder and waste of material”.

“The SRS consists of three standard parts, using just two rails and the innovative integrated clamp set to flexibly meet the installation requirements of various combinations,” they highlighted.

According to the manufacturer, the innovative set of integrated clamps can be quickly inserted into the rail at any point, making construction easy, stable and reliable.

Such a solution is compatible with various types of rooting pieces and is suitable for all types of roof installations. Horizontal or vertical installation is optional to maximize roof space utilization.

“Several tests, including vibration resistance, irregular snow load test, dynamic and static mechanical load test, for example, have shown that the SRS has excellent performance under extreme operating conditions,” concluded ZNShine.
