ZNShine Solar vai aumentar capacidade produtiva com foco no Brasil

The solar panel manufacturer ZNShine Solar will expand its production capacity from 6 GW to 12 GW this year.

The works to expand production capacity should be completed by the first half of 2021 and will contribute to the company's goal of being among the three main suppliers of photovoltaic modules for the Brazilian market.

According to the manufacturer, which has already been operating in Brazil for three years, the new production area will focus on high-power solar panels, with 182 and 210 mm cells, to meet new market demands.

Headquartered in Changzhou, Jiangsu Province (China), ZNShine Solar has more than 32 years of experience in the energy market and was listed by Bloomberg as TIER 1. In addition, the company operates in more than 30 countries and has more than one hundred technology patents, including the patent on graphene coating on the glass panels.

According to the manufacturer, this technology allows its photovoltaic modules with graphene coating to have better performance, thanks to its hydrophilic and photocatalytic properties, which give the modules self-cleaning functions and easy decomposition of organic materials, reducing the risks caused by hot-spots.

Investment in R&D

ZNShine Solar and the University of Science and Technology of China jointly established the R&D (Research and Development) center to improve the conversion rate of solar cells and develop photoelectric conversion technology through the application of graphene.

In addition, the manufacturer is using a series of cutting-edge innovative technologies, such as large silicon cells, high-density packaging and multiple busbars (MBB), among others. As a result, 530W modules are now available on the market and, soon, 600W modules will also be launched, whose efficiency will be above 21%.
