The funding will allow for additional investments foreseen in the business plan, which also foresees a total capex value of R$1.15 billion for the construction of 235 MWp in 77 distributed solar generation plants which, added to the R$ 350 million already invested in 2022, will total an investment of R$1.5 billion for 300 MWp distributed across 96 plants.

For the future, the company targets its growth in the expansion of shared generation (energy by subscription) and in new and synergistic segments with the current business. The company's focus is: retail energy sales for high and medium voltage customers, energy storage, electric mobility and energy efficiency.
