Photovoltaic equipment distributor Helte launched a new tool for the Brazilian market. The functionality allows integrators and consumers to access test reports on solar panels sold by the company.

According to Helte, the measure aims to contribute to strengthening the solar energy market and making information regarding the technical characteristics of photovoltaic modules more transparent.

“This is a function that aims to increase customer confidence and security in relation to products sold on the Helte platform. By making quality test results available for all modules acquired through the platform, we aim to deliver more transparency, peace of mind and confidence to customers”, highlighted Tiago Böes, Commercial Manager at Helte.

According to the company, the reports available on its platform are prepared by companies specializing in certification, auditing, inspection, training and technical advice.

Among the companies that prepare the reports is the certification body TUV Nord, which has photovoltaic testing laboratories in China and Europe. Its photovoltaic module and component testing laboratories are accredited in accordance with the ISO/IEC 17025 standard.

The certifiers V-trust and TUV Rhein, recognized brands in the European and Asian markets, also sign the reports made available on the Helte platform.

How to use?

To access the functionality, interested parties must access www.helte.com.br/rastreio and fill in the serial number of the generator kit you want to consult the test in the search bar.

The company clarifies that the serial number is found just below the product description on the invoice. After filling out, just click the “Search” button.

Next, information regarding the customer's order will be displayed, such as full name, date of purchase and system power. Just below this information, you will be able to see technical information about the modules.

The available data are: short circuit current, open circuit voltage, maximum power current, maximum power voltage and maximum power.
