The concessionaire Allegra Pacaembu, in partnership with CPFL Soluções, proposes improvements with a focus on sustainability in the modernization project of the Pacaembu, iconic São Paulo football stage.
The initiative estimates an expenditure of R $ million 70 using technologies to reduce consumption, own generation and preventive equipment in cases of interruption of energy supply or consumption peaks.
The project will feature two Photovoltaic systems, one with a capacity of 250 kWp and a natural gas mini cogeneration plant, designed to produce energy for water heating.
Using these measures, it will be possible to avoid the emission of 210 tons of CO2 into the atmosphere and could generate around 1.670 MWh per year.
In addition, the complex will have four generators (4,7 MVA) and two battery banks, totaling 1.000 MVA, which will be installed to avoid power fluctuations and provide emergency assistance.
To air-condition the environment, central air conditioning will be installed, which will consist of chillers, pumps and cooling towers.
In search of security, the establishment will be monitored using an intelligent system, and will also provide chargers for electric vehicles and display panels for medium voltage.
