Focused on reaching the 15 GW of total capacity, the solar module manufacturer ZNShine announced the launch of modules with the technology N-Type TOPCon, which is already present on the market.

According to the company, the new panel has a power of 575 W and efficiency up to 22,2%, optimizing the increase in temperature at which the modules usually operate and reducing -0,30%/°C, this allows for less heat loss and guarantee greater energy generation.

Still according to the company, the model presents less annual degradation, being 1% in the first year and 0,4% for the remainder of the useful life.

Furthermore, it also has technology super multi-busbar (SMBB), which reduces the path between electric current transmission, which provides a best performance in generation even in low light compared to conventional models.

“The new series also allows graphene nanotechnology to be coated on the module, maintaining its advantages such as self-cleaning, reduced hot-spot, longer useful life and more power generated, delivering more added value to the customer”, highlights Derek Wang, director of ZNShine sales.

Market expansion

The manufacturer also reveals news in the solar market with the inauguration of a new factory plant, located in the city of Yunnan, China, which should meet the demand of countries such as India and Brazil.

“In 2022 alone, solar generation grew by more than 52% in Brazil. Our main objective is to meet the demand of several markets, including Brazil, reaching a total production capacity of 12 GW in the first phase”, he said.

“In the second phase, we plan to increase the photovoltaic panel assembly capacity to reach a total of 15 GW in 2023”, adds the executive.

For Wang, the export relationship with India is a little more complicated due to customs challenges regarding the decrease in module distribution in the country, after establishing basic customs duties in the second quarter of 2022.

“We have once again become the 1st supplier of photovoltaic panels exported to India. ZNShine has remained an important Chinese supplier exporting to the Indian market and will continue to maintain its advantages and make additional improvements”, he concludes.
