With the aim of helping customers settle their debts, the Energisa Group launched a negotiation campaign on Tuesday (12) with discounts of up to 98% of the debt amount.

The measure also includes installment options of up to 36 payments, depending on the length of time the invoices are overdue.

The terms of the Negocia Energisa campaign are valid for all customers, especially individuals, rural customers, and micro-entrepreneurs of the group's nine electricity distribution companies serving 11 Brazilian states (AC, MT, MS, MG, PB, PR, RJ, RO, SP, SE, and TO).

Consumers who choose to negotiate can pay via Pix, debit card, or credit card, in full or in installments.

“This new campaign is an excellent opportunity for our customers to settle their debts with significant discounts, allowing them to regain access to credit and reorganize their financial lives,” stated Newton Magalhães, director of revenue protection at the Energisa Group.

“We are always attentive to this need and, in this new campaign, we are offering even more attractive conditions that directly benefit the consumer. In addition to contributing to the regularization of debts, the initiative is also aligned with the purpose of the Desenrola 2.0 program,” he added.

To participate in the Energisa Negotiation campaign, simply contact customer service via WhatsApp using the virtual assistant Gisa: https://www.energisa.com.br/gisa.
