Dyness has introduced the Stack100, a high-voltage battery. (high voltage) Developed to meet the needs of residential and, primarily, C&I (commercial and industrial) systems that require high power, long service life, and simplified installation.

According to Carlos Trotta, Country Manager of DYNESS Brazil, the model, already approved by INMETRO, uses LFP (lithium iron phosphate) technology, recognized for its thermal stability, safety, and greater durability.

The Stack100 features a rackless, stackable design, mounted directly on a reinforced internal structure, which reduces additional infrastructure and increases the reliability of the assembly. Installation follows a plug-and-play concept, with an average time of only 30 minutes, even in systems with up to 15 modules.

INMETRO Certification

According to Carlos Trotta, with the official approval from INMETRO, Stack100 now meets all Brazilian regulatory requirements for high-voltage equipment, ensuring that the product meets the safety, quality, and performance standards required for operation in the country.

"This certification confirms that the battery has undergone rigorous testing for thermal stability, electrical protection, and structural reliability, which are fundamental for residential, commercial, and industrial applications," he stated.

The company also highlighted that the certification strengthens Dyness's presence in the national market, offering greater security for integrators, distributors, and end customers when choosing energy storage solutions.

"With the INMETRO seal, projects that use Stack100 gain greater technical and commercial support, in addition to aligning with the best safety practices and current regulations," the manufacturer added in a statement.

Each battery module has a capacity between 15,36 kWh and 76,8 kWh, and can be stacked in groups of 3 to 15. In parallel, up to 12 battery clusters can be connected, reaching 921 kWh without the need for major construction or heavy infrastructure.

Furthermore, the solution allows for the mixing of battery modules from the same brand with up to 3 years of difference, facilitating long-term expansion and maintenance.

With an operating voltage between 134 V and 876 V, the Stack100 meets the new trends in the high-voltage equipment market, ensuring efficiency and lower losses.

The battery is compatible with the main inverter manufacturers present in Brazil, such as Solis, SolPlanet, Sofar, Deye, GoodWe, Hoymiles, Solinteg and Growatt, among others.

The Stack100 protection system includes module-by-module fire suppression, capable of acting in up to 5 seconds, blocking the spread of fire and ensuring greater structural safety. The technology also features:

  • Flame arresters;
  • Intelligent cooling;
  • Front access for O&M, allowing intervention in the BMS without disassembling the stack.

The Stack100 operates with a discharge rate of 1C (100 A), supporting high peak loads, including in motors, compressors, and high-demand industrial applications.

The system includes:

  • High-precision BMS (Battery Management System);
  • Real-time monitoring;
  • Automatic thermal balancing;
  • Remote firmware update (OTA).

The battery offers more than 8.000 cycles, reinforcing its durability and efficiency for long-life projects.

Manufactured in China and compliant with international certification standards, the Stack100 also meets applicable technical requirements for homologation, such as Inmetro, fulfilling the needs of the Brazilian market.
