Even amid the pandemic, the solar sector has proven resilient, generating more than 86 jobs in Brazil last year. Among the companies that have boosted the job market and hired professionals is BelEnergy, one of the main importers and distributors of photovoltaic equipment in Brazil.
The company located in Vinhedo (SP) had a significant increase in the number of hires at the end of 2020. With operations starting in December 2019, the company had 14 employees and ended last year with more than one hundred employees, a building dedicated to its operations and still has physical expansion projects.
“We started the year with big goals, challenges and the objective of remaining well positioned in the solar energy market. With our own brand of modules and a wide variety of products to meet the most diverse projects, we also offer personalized service. We know that the market is very competitive, but we are prepared to surprise and satisfy our customers more and more”, said Leonardo Tega, commercial director at BelEnergy.

The company belongs to the Belenus Group, which has been operating for over 40 years in various segments, producing fasteners, distributing and importing hardware, tools, construction products and equipment for industry in general. “We invest heavily to become bigger, better and more complete. Concerned with the quality of its products and services, the company offers its customers innovation, savings, speed and safety”, highlighted Tega.
According to the executive, the company distributes well-known brands in the segment, with the possibility of customized configurations. “We offer immediate delivery, quality, commitment, transparency and brand diversity in one of the largest inventories in the country,” he highlighted.

Tega also mentioned that the company offers its own line of 340W, 400W and 410W mono and polycrystalline modules, in addition to distributing the main brands of panels on the market. The company also offers single-phase and three-phase inverters, MC4 connectors, cables, string boxes and structures made of anodized aluminum and fasteners made of stainless steel that guarantee the longevity and safety of the installations.
