O BTG Pactual Empresas launched Conexão Energia, an exclusive program created to monitor, manage and evaluate partner integrators of energy sector. The announcement was made during Intersolar South America 2024 and the scope of the initiative was discussed in a live Canal Solar this Tuesday (27).

According to Gustavo Cintra, Energy Director of BTG Pactual Empresas, the program was developed to identify and highlight partners that demonstrate excellence in their projects, use best installation practices, have high customer satisfaction rates (NPS) and show significant engagement with the Bank's energy solutions.

“We are committed to providing not only financial solutions, but also a full suite of banking tools, including account management, payments and full financial services, as well as training and development. Our goal is to empower our partners to stand out in the energy sector, bringing best practices and innovations to the photovoltaic chain,” he emphasized.

“Through this program, partners who meet the quality and partnership criteria have access to easier credit conditions, faster approvals and the best rates on the market,” added Cintra.

To qualify professionals eligible for the program, he said that the bank will begin to evaluate the partners, the quality of the company, and the services and projects offered and provided by them. “Once they have a competitive edge when compared to the large mass of integrators, we as a bank are fully interested in providing these professionals and companies with the best conditions on the market,” he explained.

Also according to Cintra, these professionals will have support from the company to structure their business through easier credit approval and better rates on the market, in addition to full support for training and qualifications.

The executive also highlighted that the program initiative reflects the Bank's commitment to sustainable development and quality in the energy sector.

“Having operated in the energy market for over 12 years, we deeply understand the challenges and opportunities of this expanding market. We are taking a step forward to raise quality standards and strengthen strategic partnerships with the Conexão Energia program,” he highlighted.

“So we are creating a program that is very complete, that is disruptive. No conventional bank today operates this way. It is a program that aims to build relationships and benefits for this end partner,” he added.

Cintra said that this is the first phase of the program, but that the idea is to evolve daily to increasingly support integrators and partners who strive for quality in the sector.

“We really want to evolve this chain so that we can become increasingly intelligent. In other words, a project that is very good, for a service provider that is very good, we can get the best rates for them, that is our vision”, he highlighted.

For integrators to reach the level of achieving these benefits, the bank will offer access to knowledge and professionalization through partnerships that will offer courses, lectures and through a free training platform.

For the integrator to enjoy these benefits, he needs to be a partner of the BTG Pactual Empresas bank and, upon becoming a registered integrator, his performance will automatically be evaluated by metrics and quality indicators and, through the platform, all the necessary information he needs. (partner) will need to do to grow in the ranking and become a reference partner in the sector.

“We will provide this support on the platform so that professionals can become reference partners. This is already ready, and it is our great news from Intersolar. We will hold a live broadcast on September 04th at 09 am where we will present the details of the platform”, concluded the director.
