A Helexia Brazil, a company specialized in sustainable energy solutions, raised R$ 170 million through the issuance of debentures, debt securities issued by publicly traded companies on the stock exchange for the execution of projects, coordinated by Credit Agricole CIB.
The resources will be allocated to the implementation of 21 projects GD (distributed generation) in the states of Amazonas, Tocantins, Ceará, Mato Grosso do Sul, São Paulo, Pernambuco and Rio Grande do Norte, totaling an installed capacity of 56 MWp.
For Aurélien Maudonnet, CEO of Helexia Brasil, the funding represents the market’s confidence in the projects and the growth of the DG sector. “With these resources, we will be even better equipped to meet the needs of our customers with renewable and efficient solutions.”
Giliane Coeurderoy, Senior Country Officer of Crédit Agricole CIB in Brazil, states that “this operation is an important step towards promoting renewable energy and sustainability in Brazil”.
