Photovoltaic modules require structures that guarantee stability and safety in different installation contexts. To meet this need, Metal Light develops and supplies solutions designed according to the resistance standards required by each application.

Currently, the manufacturer works with tracker-type structures, developed to withstand wind speeds of up to 35 m/s and 50 m/s, thus serving regions with different wind isopleth classifications.

The company also offers fixed ground structures, also designed to withstand these same wind conditions. In the roofing segment, structures are available for the main types of roofs found on the market: fiber, cement, ceramic and metal.

Another highlight are the carport-type structures, aimed at solar parking lots and already used by large companies in the sector, always focusing on quality and durability.

Modular efficiency and savings for the customer

The company offers modular solutions with capacities for 10, 15 and 18 photovoltaic modules. These structures can be connected to each other, forming sequential systems that optimize installation, improve efficiency and reduce total project costs.

This modular feature allows for greater flexibility and scalability of systems, serving both smaller projects and large-scale solar plants.

High performance raw material with guaranteed warranty

The quality of the structures is also guaranteed by the careful selection of materials. The company works with 300 civil steel, a common material in bridge construction, and with A572 steel, which has a mechanical resistance of over 450 MPa, one of the highest on the Brazilian market.

According to the manufacturer, the aluminum fastening components are approved by the main panel suppliers. These fasteners are universal and highly adaptable, which ensures that the module warranty is maintained even when using structures from Metalight.
