1st edition of MIS by Descarbonize brings together women integrators in the solar sector

MIS by Descarbonize for women integrators in the solar sector will have its 1st edition

The first meeting of MIS (Women Solar Integrators), will be in the “1st edition MIS by Descarbonize", in October 27, from 9am to 17pm, in the auditorium of headquarters of Aldo Solar, located em Maringá (PR). 

During Intersolar South America 2024, Decarbonize Solutions announced the launch of the MIS program. The goal of the program is to create a collaborative network of women and promote the female representation No. solar sector Brazilian.

According to a Thais Marques, HR Director at Aldo Solar, will be six hours de content e packing list de interaction e networking.

“In the morning, we will work on the theme “They Lead” and “Origin of MIS”. We will hold lunch at the company itself and, in the afternoon, we will participate in the panel “They Transform” focusing on self knowledge“, he commented.

“The space is open to both women who act directly or indirectly in the solar energy sector, how much entrepreneurial with an interest in learning more about this sector that is a trend towards a more sustainable future for the energy and environmental challenges of our planet”, added Thaís.

“Our intention is for all participants to finish the day’s experience feeling different from when they started. More secure and confident in their roles and in the way they can be part of a more conscious and responsible future, whether in relation to renewable energy or in female interfaces,” she concluded.
