The distributor of photovoltaic kits Techlux launched the Budget Platform, an environment specially prepared to assist the integrator in preparation of proposals. The novelty is part of a series of company actions to celebrate the company's five-year anniversary.
“We are very happy for the anniversary, it has been five years working to facilitate access to sustainable electrical energy, creating a social and environmental heritage through good administrative practices, innovation, commitment and responsibility”, he stated Fábio Delgado, executive director of the company.
According to Techlux, with the use of the tool the integrator “has access to custom kit assembly, exclusive promotions and project budgets, without losing the humanized, personalized service, with the support of sales consultants to any customer demand”.
“The platform is an important resource when purchasing equipment, as it gives freedom and autonomy to our customers, who have access to quotes whenever and wherever they want, with the help of virtual engineer for sizing kits and monitoring order status until dispatch. We do not neglect humanized service, an important differentiator of our company, because we understand that direct contact with the integrator creates lasting bonds and relationships of trust”, added Delgado.
This launch takes place alongside the redesign of the company's website. According to the company, the new website, under a new domain (www.techlux.com.br), has an updated and attractive language and intuitive navigation, which will support the integrator, with relevant information about the equipment sold, such as datasheets, manuals, Inmetro and videos.
Delgado also highlights that, aiming to offer the best service and provide quality equipment, Techlux maintains partnerships recognized by its customers. “Among them is the inverter manufacturer Kehua Tech, recognized worldwide for its quality, and the photovoltaic and wind inverter manufacturer Hopewind, both with a 10-year warranty. There is also a premium portfolio of panels, with manufacturers Tsun Power and Renesola (Tier 1)”, he points out.
“The updates come to further strengthen the name of the distributor, which follows the slogan “solar energy at your fingertips” seriously. Until the 31st of May, several promotions will air on the company's platform and social networks. It’s worth keeping an eye on,” concludes Delgado.
