First edition of “Elas Movem a Energia” seeks to train women in the sector

The first edition of the program “They Move Energy”, carried out by UnIBP (IBP Corporate University), takes place on May 7th.

The initiative is open to the public and registration is open until April 22nd on the official UnIBP website, by clicking here.

The aim of the event is to boost the female protagonism in their careers, training and empowering women in their professional careers and preparing them to occupy leadership positions. 

To participate, candidates must meet certain prerequisites: declare themselves to be female, be over 21 years old, have completed higher education, have three years of work experience and be fluent in Portuguese. Previous experience in leadership positions is not required. 

Candidates will go through a selection process that includes filling out an application form and analyzing their resume.

The program runs from May 7 to September 24, with workshops, individual and group mentoring, and practical storytelling and communication workshops. The aim is to develop skills such as self-leadership, emotional intelligence, assertive communication, career leadership, and team management.

In addition, “Ask Me Anything” sessions will be held, where participants will be able to interact with industry leaders.
