The future of GD with the dispute ANEEL X Congress. Will the PL help?

What will be covered in this webinar?

Let's address the possible (and not ideal) command conflict with publishing distinct milestones (ANEEL and Congress). What will come first? What is worth more? Decision of the ANEEL or Federal Law? Does GD become attractive with the milder transition scenario indicated in the Bill?

Pedro Dante is a lawyer specializing in the energy market and a partner at Demarest, one of the largest law firms in Brazil. Bernardo Marangon is an electrical engineer specializing in the energy market and a partner at Exata Energia. Limited spaces available! The link to access the webinar room will be sent to participants after completing the form.
