A ANEEL (National Electric Energy Agency) has extended the deadline for sending contributions to the Public Consultation 36/2024. The consultation addresses the review of the reference value for the Cost of O&M (Operation and Maintenance) of photovoltaic solar plants, used for reimbursement purposes by the CCC (Fuel Consumption Account).

The O&M reference value is essential for the CCC budget, as it directly influences the calculation of the costs of self-generation that are reimbursed by this account. This review seeks to ensure greater accuracy in reimbursement and reflect the real operating conditions of solar plants.

The public consultation was approved by the board of directors ANEEL on December 10, 2024, with contributions opening the following day. Initially, the period for submitting suggestions would end earlier, but it was extended after a request from industry agents interested in the proposal.

Those interested in participating can access the consultation details on the official website of ANEEL. Suggestions must be sent by February 10th via email cp036_2024@aneel.gov.br.
