The reliability of a photovoltaic system depends not only on the quality of the modules, but also on the choice of all components that ensure its integrity — including the fasteners.

In significant production projects, such as Sabesp's self-production plant in Cachoeira Paulista (SP), with 2,5 MWp of installed capacity, this choice is crucial to ensure long-term performance and safety.

One of the most critical problems in photovoltaic systems is hot spots, which are overheated areas on the modules.

These hot spots usually arise due to microcracks, small fractures in the glass or cells, which can occur during installation when using traditional fastening methods with clamps and screws, or when there is movement on the modules, such as walking on them.

In addition to reducing equipment efficiency, these failures can lead to irreparable damage, including fire hazards.

The ARaymond solution

To eliminate this risk, ARaymond offers innovative fastening clips that allow modules to be secured from below, preventing excessive torque or movement on the modules that can cause microcracks.

This technology not only prevents hot spots, but also adds benefits that directly impact the project's performance and cost-effectiveness:

  • Easy and safe installation, no special tools required, minimal training required;
  • Reduction of CAPEX, considerably faster assembly;
  • Reduced operating costs, screwless and vibration-resistant fastening eliminating periodic torque maintenance;
  • Stable fixation, ensuring durability and continuous performance;
  • Anti-theft features make theft more difficult, reducing replacement costs, financial losses, and even insurance premiums. We have plants where investors have seen a reduction in insurance costs by using our products.

Success story: TAB Energia and the Sabesp power plant

With nearly 10 years of experience in high-performance projects, the TAB Energy It is a benchmark in complete solutions in the energy sector, operating in EPC, investment power plants and self-consumption throughout Brazil.

The company has already deployed more than 50 MWp and installed 85 modules, delivering efficiency and profitability aligned with the future.

During the implementation of the Sabesp plant, TAB overcame significant terrain challenges with advanced engineering, drainage, and containment solutions. With its own monitoring technology and rigorous HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards, it ensured a safe, stable, and high-performance operation.

“The use of ARaymond clips reinforces TAB Energia's commitment to quality, reliability and durability — decisive factors for the success of a project with high technical complexity,” commented Michel Kazmierski, a TAB employee.

More than just fixation: guaranteed performance.

ARaymond solutions are not just assembly components; they represent a strategy to maximize the lifespan and efficiency of photovoltaic systems, reducing risks and costs throughout the project lifecycle.

For effective fastening, this project relies on structures developed by Alfix, a company that employs high technology adapted to ARaymond solutions.
