This is likely or possibly a resource made available annually and mandatorily by all electricity distribution and generation companies in Brazil under the heading ROL – Net Operating Revenue, which allocates 0,5% to energy efficiency and R&D – Research and Development. It is already included in the tariff for all consumer classes.
