Fortlev Solar and Hoymiles have announced a strategic partnership aimed at expanding the availability of microinverters in the Brazilian solar energy market, focusing on small and medium-sized projects.
Initially, the joint effort will focus on the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors, where the application of this technology is most common. Demand has been driven by the search for greater flexibility, security, and efficiency in photovoltaic systems.
For Hoymiles, the initiative aligns with its strategy of expanding its distribution channel in Brazil, which has high demand for microinverters.
Fortlev Solar is reinforcing its portfolio diversification strategy, incorporating solutions geared towards projects that require greater modularity and adaptability.
According to Tiago Vasconcelos, import manager at Fortlev Solar, the partnership reflects the convergence of objectives between the companies and expands the range of solutions offered in the market, contributing to the development of the photovoltaic sector and offering more alternatives to integrators.
“The partnership stems from Fortlev Solar's strategy to expand its portfolio of microinverters, especially to serve smaller projects with greater flexibility in kit composition. Furthermore, Hoymiles is a company with a consolidated presence in the global market and a significant presence in Brazil, where it has been for 10 years. Its focus on quality and the technical maturity of the sector is a point of synergy with Fortlev Solar,” he stated.
Initially, the partnership involves the sale of the Hoymiles-2250 microinverter, which is already available for immediate delivery on the Fortlev Solar platform.

In addition to that, the portfolio includes the 1875 model, designed for Fast Track projects and capable of connecting up to four modules in a single unit.

According to Vasconcelos, microinverters can be integrated into lower-power photovoltaic kits, allowing for the combination of different components according to the specific needs of each project.
Among the available solutions are Fortlev Solar's own products, such as Lastro Solar®, which contributes to cost reduction and greater installation speed, and Condufort, a corrugated conduit developed to ensure greater safety and durability in cable protection.
The partnership also includes joint technical support for integrators. Fortlev Solar's after-sales team underwent specific training to meet equipment-related demands, while Hoymiles maintains direct support for its products.
“Integrators who purchase Hoymiles products through Fortlev Solar will now be served within the distributor's structure. Therefore, we trained Fortlev's after-sales team to provide initial support, while Hoymiles remains responsible for direct service in all calls related to its products,” said Adolfo Cestari, commercial manager of Hoymiles.
