Less than two years after starting its official operations in Brazil, in November 2023, HYXiPOWER ends 2025 with impressive results and consolidation exceeding expectations in the solar energy market.
The manufacturer reached 2.214 connected plants, all with microinverters, and recorded a 50% growth in sales throughout the year, boosting its national presence, especially in the state of São Paulo, the main installation hub for photovoltaic systems in the country.
According to the company, this rapid progress in an increasingly competitive market demonstrates not only the acceptance of its products, but also the company's assertive strategy of approaching integrators, distributors, and customers through integrated commercial, technical, and institutional actions.
Throughout 2025, HYXiPOWER combined a presence at major events, portfolio expansion, investments in training, and strengthened technical support, building a reputation for reliability in a short time.
Presence at trade fairs strengthens ties with the sector.
Active participation in strategic events was one of HYXiPOWER's highlights in 2025. The brand was present at Intersolar Nordeste, in partnership with the distributor Connectoway Solar, consolidating its regional presence and expanding its relationship with integrators in the North and Northeast regions. This closer relationship was part of a broader strategy of regionalization and strengthening its partner network.
At Intersolar São Paulo, the leading solar trade show in Latin America, HYXiPOWER took an important step by exhibiting in its own 120 m² booth, showcasing its microinverter solutions and highlighting technical differentiators and the product roadmap planned for 2026. The booth received a large flow of visitors, integrators, distributors, and companies interested in new partnerships, expanding the brand's visibility nationwide.
The strong presence at trade shows also reinforced HYXiPOWER's goal of positioning itself not only as an equipment supplier, but as a partner in technological development and support for the solar ecosystem.
Investment in technical training
In a market where installation quality and support are crucial for the longevity of solar plants, HYXiPOWER significantly expanded its training efforts in 2025. Fourteen technical training sessions were conducted, including in-person and online meetings, covering topics such as:
- configuration and commissioning of microinverters;
- good installation practices;
- Advanced monitoring analysis;
- fault detection and correction;
- Updates on electrical standards and requirements.
Feedback from installers primarily highlighted the ease of use, the efficiency of the microinverters, and the speed of technical communication—elements that contributed to the rapid adoption of the equipment. Suggestions submitted by integrators were incorporated into the monitoring system, demonstrating the company's openness to the continuous improvement of its processes and products.
Technical support marks its first year.
Customer support was another key pillar of the strategy in 2025. HYXiPOWER recorded approximately 500 calls, with a 97% resolution rate on the first call, an indicator that places the company among the most efficient in the sector.
Furthermore, the RMA (Return Material Authorization) rate was only 0,5%, demonstrating a high level of reliability of the installed equipment.
The main demands met included:
- System commissioning;
- Adjusting parameters remotely;
- remote fault analysis;
- Monitoring of integrator testing in the field;
- Proactive identification of anomalies in monitored plants.
HYXiPOWER also implemented important operational improvements, such as:
- Direct technical support for distributors;
- Personalized service for strategic clients;
- In-person visits are used for more complex cases.
- RMA response within one business day;
- Preventive monitoring to identify faults before they compromise the performance of the plants.
These actions strengthen the confidence of team members and help reduce rework and travel, speeding up the resolution of incidents and maintaining the performance of the plants within expected standards.
Commercial strategy
With the goal of expanding its national presence, HYXiPOWER has consolidated strategic commercial partnerships with three highly relevant distributors: AVT Energy, OIW, and Connectoway, responsible for disseminating the brand's solutions and expanding its reach in different regions of the country.
Furthermore, the company conducted four sales training sessions with these teams, empowering salespeople and consultants to correctly present the unique features of microinverters and strengthen customer service. This sales alignment directly contributed to the significant sales growth throughout the year.
The state of São Paulo remained the main concentration of installations, but the brand also saw solid growth in states in the Northeast and Midwest, driven by its distributor network and marketing efforts.
Institutional projects, campaigns, and brand strengthening.
In 2025, HYXiPOWER also expanded its institutional presence through highly relevant projects and impactful campaigns in the sector. These include:
- Two standout projects: UNESP and STF, elevating the brand's positioning in educational and institutional projects;
- Two national sales campaigns that helped boost orders and strengthen sales performance;
- The creation of initiatives such as the Technical IP Project and the HYXi Voices program strengthens the technical community and gives visibility to the experience of partner integrators.
These actions reinforced the identity of brand and expanded their presence in the media and within the solar community.
Prospects for 2026
After a first year of results exceeding expectations, HYXiPOWER enters 2026 with ambitious goals. Among the main objectives are:
- Launching a competitive line of string inverters, expanding the portfolio to serve larger power plants;
- Introduction of energy storage systems, keeping pace with trends in hybridization and residential backup;
- Expansion of the distributor network to new regions of Brazil;
- Implementation of a project unit dedicated to supporting larger power plants and advanced technical integration;
- Strengthening training programs and marketing initiatives.
The expectation is that 2026 will mark HYXiPOWER's definitive entry as one of the most complete brands in the Brazilian solar sector, integrating solutions capable of serving everything from small residences to larger-scale commercial and industrial systems.
