The solar market remains hot. With this, the nexen, distributor of photovoltaic equipment, announced something new. The company recently launched its own brand modules, with 182mm Mono PERC half-cell cells, which improve the electrical characteristics during shading or diffused light.
These models also feature a 15-year warranty against manufacturing defects, “three more than the typical market value”, said the company in a statement.
“In addition to being high quality and efficient equipment, the 460 W module is even lighter and more compact, resulting in better use of space, holding more units per pallet” highlights Luiz Felipe Brustolin, Technical Support engineer at Nexen.
According to the company, the solar panels launched have 120 and 144 cells, with a total power of 460 W and 550 W, respectively.
In addition to these technical characteristics, the boards have a high efficiency of 21,32% and a low thermal loss coefficient of around -0.35%/°C.
