The company recently expanded its footprint and now has an area of 15 square meters. With this expansion, it increased its distribution capacity for photovoltaic kits from 250 MW to 600 MW.

Rodrigo Furlan, director of Serrana Solar, highlighted that the investment of R$12 million in the pavilion and R$1 million in systems is “solely and exclusively to bring a better experience to the integrator”.

According to him, Serrana Solar currently processes an average of 300 solar energy kits, mostly 7 kW, per day. He also highlighted that the company offers free shipping throughout Brazil and personalized shipping in Rio Grande do Sul.

Currently, Serrana has a greater presence in the North and Northeast regions of the country, mainly Pará, Bahia and also in the South of the country, in Rio Grande do Sul. In addition, the company has been ISO 9001 certified since 2014 and conducts satisfaction surveys quarterly.

Furlan stated that strengthening relationships with customers is essential in a market that is constantly changing and facing challenges. “Our sector is expanding, and the success of integrators is essential for the growth of the solar market. Therefore, we reinforce our commitment to product quality and customer support.”

The company recently expanded its services to integrators with an investment of R$1 million, creating the “Integrator Portal”. The integrated system with 13 approved carriers centralizes information and allows customers to track the status of their order in real time, in addition to receiving email updates on each stage of the process.

To build customer loyalty, the company offers more than 20 exclusive commercial advantages, including the “Cashback and Installation Insurance” programs, active since 2018. The Cashback Program returns 1% of the purchase value to integrators, and insurance for photovoltaic kits, with 120 days of coverage for installation and one year for the end customer, with a policy of up to R$ 3 million.

Now, Furlan pointed out that the goal is to reduce the shipping time to 72 hours by the end of 2024 and expand its product portfolio in partnership with panel manufacturer Gokin and inverter manufacturer Solis, to meet the growing demand for hybrid systems, in addition to lithium batteries.

With a 70% growth in sales in the first half of the year, Serrana Solar had a 96% customer satisfaction rate, according to a satisfaction survey carried out in the same period.

“93% [of integrators] would recommend Serrana, this is a very satisfactory number for us, it shows that we are on the right path and that all the investments, advantages, transparency and sincerity are yielding results”, stated the director.

“It is satisfying for us to be among the 20 most remembered distributors in Greener over the last four years. We see that all the work we do to take care of the details is not in vain, the integrators are seeing this”, concluded Furlan.
