SICES Solar announced Vladimir Ranevsky as the company's new CEO. The executive has already worked in large companies, including some in judicial recovery such as OSX and PDG Realty, Ranevsky.
According to SICES, this was a strategic hiring, at a time when the group is launching new products, services and technologies.
The company also informed that Leonardo Camillo Curioni, founder of SICES, leaves operational command to dedicate himself to advising the company's strategic planning and future vision.
Complaint from the Public Ministry
Last week, the MP-SP (Public Ministry of São Paulo) requested the temporary removal of Leonardo Camillo Curioni and the appointment of a co-manager to monitor the group's judicial recovery.
The request was made after an anonymous complaint highlighted irregularities in the company. In a statement, SICES stated that it was aware of the allegations made by the MP-SP and denied the alleged irregularities.
Judicial recovery
In April this year, SICES filed for judicial recovery, seeking to negotiate debts of around R$600 million. According to the company, the order was made due to the Covid-19 pandemic, which resulted in a drop in demand and the suspension of payments by many customers.
The group is being advised by Galdino & Coelho Advogados and the financial firm by Íntegra Associados.
