Solis has obtained Inmetro registration for three battery configurations from the EverCore line intended for the Brazilian energy storage market. The models have capacities of 100 kWh, 120 kWh, and 261 kWh and use LFP (lithium-iron-phosphate) technology.

The registrations were granted on July 9, 2026, and are active in the Inmetro (National Institute of Metrology, Quality and Technology) database. The products were included in the conformity assessment program for photovoltaic energy systems and equipment, according to Ordinance No. 140/2022.

For Solis, meeting local regulatory requirements is a necessary step to expand its operations in this segment. Regulatory compliance is essential to building a long-term relationship of trust with clients and partners,” stated Desheng Lei, Solis' manager in Brazil.

According to the executive, the registrations expand the company's ability to provide storage solutions for commercial and industrial consumers and support the expansion of the technology in the country.

“The registration of the EverCore line with Inmetro expands our ability to offer energy storage solutions that are properly registered in the country for commercial and industrial clients, in addition to contributing to a wider adoption of battery storage in Brazil,” he added.

The EverCore line includes three battery configurations with LFP (lithium-iron-phosphate) technology, designed for commercial and industrial applications.

The 100 kWh version has a nominal voltage of 320 V, configuration 1P100S, and received registration number 008323/2026. The 120 kWh model operates at 384 V, uses configuration 1P120S, and was registered under number 008325/2026.

With the highest capacity among the registered equipment, the 261 kWh version features a voltage of 832 V and a 1P260S configuration. The model received registration number 008326/2026.

According to Inmetro's database, all three pieces of equipment are marketed under the Solis Storage brand.

Commercial and industrial applications

According to Solis, the batteries can be used in photovoltaic systems for storage, backup power supply, cost management, and integration of renewable energy sources.

In projects related to solar power generation, the equipment allows for the storage of some of the electricity produced during the day for use at other times, according to the consumption profile and operational strategy of the installation.

The manufacturer also recommends the product line for companies seeking greater flexibility in energy management. However, the technical and economic results of each application depend on factors such as load curve, tariff structure, contracted demand, frequency of interruptions, and system sizing.

Brazilian storage market

The registrations come at a time of growing interest in energy storage systems in Brazil, according to Solis' assessment. In August, EPE (Energy Research Company) reported that the 2026 Capacity Reserve Auctions focused on batteries received registrations for 6.091 projects, totaling 296.807 MW of power.

The volume represents a record for participation in tenders in the Brazilian electricity sector. However, registration is only the initial stage of the process and does not mean that all projects will be approved, contracted, or implemented.

According to the manufacturer's assessment, in addition to projects aimed at serving the electrical grid, batteries are gaining ground in behind-the-meter applications, especially among commercial and industrial consumers interested in backup power, demand management, integration with photovoltaic systems, and continuity of energy supply.
