A Atlas Renewable Energy signed a photovoltaic energy supply contract with Rivelli, a Minas Gerais-based company focused on agricultural production. The agreement is for 10 years and will guarantee the supply of an average of 5,5 MW to meet the demand of five manufacturing units, starting in 2026.
With 580 MWp of installed capacity and located in Arinos (MG), the energy will be supplied by the Draco Solar Complex in the consortium format. In this model, several companies share the same infrastructure, without the need for individual investments in energy generation.
According to Fábio Bortoluzo, Country Manager of Atlas in Brazil, the partnership is in line with the company's objectives of serving segments of the economy that require a sustainable energy supply.
“We want to be a strategic partner, ensuring clean and safe energy for companies and industries seeking to accelerate their energy transition,” the executive declared in a press release.
