Carolina Ferreira is the new Executive Director of Legal, Compliance and Risks at BBCE, the largest energy trading environment in the country.
A lawyer for over two decades, specializing in corporate law, Carolina has over 10 years of experience at the publicly-held company Marisa, combining a solid and growing career in the legal field with expertise in risk mapping and process implementation with an emphasis on corporate governance, risk management and integrity programs within the corporate environment.
Furthermore, she is a member of the Special Committee to Support Legal Departments of the OAB/SP and is highly engaged with the issues of ethics and responsibility.
Her mission at the helm of BBCE is to contribute to the continuous evolution of good practices and the safety of energy businesses. Carolina replaces Camila Batich, who has been confirmed as CEO of BBCE.
