According to Márcio Freitas, the company's Quality Manager, the panel received the Procel Seal, which validates its exceptional quality and performance. "Through a thorough technical evaluation, we ensure that our photovoltaic modules meet the most demanding market criteria, reflecting our ongoing commitment to innovation and excellence."

“In addition to guaranteeing product reliability, the Procel Seal mainly ensures that consumers have access to solar panels with high performance and efficiency,” he highlighted.

The company's 600W bifacial module is also certified by a designated laboratory
by INMETRO, which ensures that the panel follows the strictest national and international safety and performance standards.

“Ourolux reaffirms its mission to offer innovative and certified solutions, driving the growth of the photovoltaic sector in Brazil and consolidating its position as a reference in quality and technology in the solar energy market,” added the executive.

About the Procel Seal

The Procel Seal aims to be a simple and effective tool that allows consumers to find out which of the equipment and appliances available on the market are the most efficient and consume the least energy.

Consumption and performance indexes are established for each category of equipment. Each product applying for the seal must undergo testing in laboratories designated by Procel. Only products that achieve these indexes are awarded the seal.

How does the Procel Seal work on photovoltaic modules?

The panel is sent to the laboratory designated by INMETRO, which, through rigorous testing, confirms whether the panel produces energy according to the power declared by the manufacturer or importer, thus attesting to the efficiency of the equipment. These tests combat fake power, thus ensuring the generation contracted by the consumer and investor.

Commitment to the consumer

According to Freitas, Ourolux’s Engineering and Quality department focuses on innovation and rigorous quality control. “We obtained the Procel Seal for our 550 W panels two years ago, and we are pleased and satisfied to announce that we have obtained the seal for our newest launch in 2025, the 600 W Bifacial module,” he concluded.
