Consumers who are fans of solar energy and professionals in the photovoltaic market are optimistic about the approval of Bill 5829 and its respective positive impact on the sector. This is the assessment of Luiz Scagnolato, CEO of the photovoltaic equipment distributor TenBrasil.
“People are confident that the deputies will vote in favor of this PL, that it will pass and everything will be fine. This will benefit people and the commitment of all deputies to defend this cause is visible”, stated the executive during an episode of the Papo Solar podcast.
“I really believe it’s just a matter of time for everything to fall into place. And TenBrasil also believes, so much so that the company invests in the market, invests in having a good stock, all betting that PL 5829 will be successful and that we need to improve our distribution network and our entire energy matrix”, he added. .
Scagnolato also highlighted that in addition to the expectation of approval of the PL 5829 / 19, the activation of the red flag by ANEEL (National Electric Energy Agency) this month caused many photovoltaic projects to get off the ground.
“We see that many projects that were stopped started to get off the ground because of the change in the [tariff] flag. The market is opening because of state policies regarding the Covid-19 pandemic and the red flag is helping the market heat up again,” he said.
Still during the Solar Talk, Scagnolato commented on the relevance of technical knowledge in the lives of professionals working in the photovoltaic sector. “The integration market is very competitive and professionals who seek knowledge are the ones who will come out ahead, stabilizing themselves and positioning themselves better in the market”, he highlighted.
Aiming to assist and contribute to the professional qualification of those working in the sector, the executive reported that TenBrasil will carry out a training campaign for integrators. “It will be a campaign to help our partners. There will be eight weeks of classes, where we will teach several tax and legal issues. Everything really thought of the integrator and the difficulties of those who do not have advisors, do not have the right people to look for information”, he explained.
“If we have professionalization of integrators, better installation, price formation, better valuation of the product and service they are offering, we will certainly improve our market”, concluded Scagnolato.
