Every day, dozens of fake news appear involving various subjects, but this Friday (9) the alert is for false news that has been published during the week in WhatsApp groups and social networks, citing the Canal Solar to corroborate the false information.
Several screenshots, mentioning Diário Solar – daily newsletter of Canal Solar -, brings names of companies that are supposedly being investigated by Operation Black Flag, launched by the Federal Revenue, together with the Federal Police and the Federal Public Ministry, on August 30th.
The shared images show search results screens for the term “Federal Revenue” from jusbrasil, a website that brings together information about the progress and publications of legal proceedings in all courts and official gazettes in the country.
One of the companies mentioned in these fake messages is Bono Energias Renováveis, an engineering company specializing in solar photovoltaic generation systems. According to the company, sharing this false information is harming negotiations and defaming the company.
For this reason, Bono issued a clarification note informing that “all legal proceedings in which Bono appears as a party are related to tax actions in which Bono is the author, aiming at the recovery of legal credits and in accordance with the law”.
