Ceará

The city hall Municipality of São José de Mipibu (RN) is providing further installation of a photovoltaic solar generation system, aiming to meet the needs of the Municipal Department of Education, according to the city's demand, under the responsibility of the General Secretariat of the Municipality.

Finally, in the state of São Paulo, the Divinolândia City Hall The tender is open for the purchase of a photovoltaic kit of at least 21,60 kWp.
According to the notice, the selected company will be responsible for preparing the project, approving it with the concessionaire, providing all equipment and materials, carrying out the installation on the ground and connecting the system with the energy concessionaire.

Unfortunately, I do not trust any of these states. They are left-leaning and I do not see legal certainty in the norm or in the inverters that still inject voltage and frequency outside of acceptable levels. I do not know how long hydroelectric plants will be able to withstand this lack of control.
