Go Solar, part of Golden Distribuidora, has entered into a partnership with manufacturer Sunova to bring high-power solar modules for residential and commercial projects to the Brazilian market. According to the company, the objective of the agreement is to expand the supply of photovoltaic equipment in the country, based on the offer of new technologies developed in the international sector.
“We did extensive research to select a module partner that would provide us with the same quality as major global brands. And Sunova's proposal is aligned with what we are developing in the optimization of photovoltaic generators offered in Brazil”, stated Jean Tremura, director of Go Solar.
“We are looking for higher power panels that fit into the inverter lines. Thus, the integrator will be able to count on greater energy generation, high quality and very competitive cost”, he highlighted.
Another highlight of this partnership is that Golden Distribuidora is supporting Sunova in the application process for TIER 1 of Bloomberg New Energy Finance. “This is a demonstration by the company that, in addition to all the quality committed to the product, is concerned with transmitting commercial and financial security to its long-term partners”, said Tremura.
Currently, Sunova has more than 400 partners in more than 30 countries and regions around the world. For emerging markets such as Brazil, Mexico, Poland and Southeast Asia, cumulative annual shipments have exceeded 500 MW.
