Interest in UPS leasing and outsourcing has grown in Brazil, driven by the need for uninterrupted operation and cost predictability in the healthcare sector – especially hospitals and laboratories.
Technology promises to be one of the highlights of the Hospitalar 2025 Fair, which takes place between May 20th and 23rd, from 11am to 20pm, at São Paulo Expo, in the capital of São Paulo.
One of the companies that intends to present complete solutions in UPS, outsourcing services, retrofit and maintenance for hospitals, laboratories and clinics is PhD Online, which will be present with its own stand in pavilion G-43.
The company is participating in the event with the aim of expanding its operations in the healthcare sector — a segment where demand for highly reliable energy systems is growing, capable of ensuring the continuous operation of environments such as ICUs, surgical centers and clinical laboratories.
According to the company, there is a growing trend towards custom UPS rental and sales contracts in the country, with specialized technical support and personalized application engineering.
Data from ABINEE (Brazilian Electrical and Electronic Industry Association) indicate a constant growth in the outsourcing of technological assets in Brazil, driven by the need to reduce CAPEX, update technology and comply with SLAs (service level agreements).
“The UPS outsourcing model allows hospitals to have access to cutting-edge solutions with continuous technical support, without the need to tie up large financial resources. It is a strategic format that is increasingly valued by infrastructure managers,” explains Marcos Donato, CEO of PhD Online.
