Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the Brazilian solar market has been affected, with prices for photovoltaic modules and inverters rising due to shortages of essential components and materials, as well as the shipping cost. However, even in the midst of this scenario, the Hypontech stated that it managed to soar in sales volume and reached the mark of 100 thousand inverters already sold worldwide.

“The production of each piece of equipment, from the integration of each small component to the packaging of the boxes, is standardized and controlled to guarantee its reliability at a high level,” the company told the Canal Solar.

“In the market today, we are the only manufacturer that adopts die casting for all inverters. This allows for the highest power density in the segment, high protection class for IP65 rating and guarantees optimal performance and weather resistance”, highlighted the manufacturer.

Furthermore, Hypontech emphasized that the inverter design allows the equipment to precisely target the problem point: factors that shorten the life cycle of the inverter, such as humidity, heat, dust, salt fog. This reduces long-term performance.

About Hypontech

Hypontech entered the Brazilian solar market since the beginning of 2020, with several products certified by Inmetro. “With more than 10 thousand units of inverters distributed in Brazil and a local service department, the company shows solid determination to continue supporting the solar sector in Latin America. In fact, we will debut at Intersolar South America in São Paulo next October”, they concluded.
