According to a Rogério Mattos, general director of Ideatek, the objective of the initiative is facilitate and simplify the spare parts purchasing process, making acquisition faster and more intuitive, with the possibility of installments, fast delivery and free shipping throughout Brazil.

“Ideatek’s mission is to make life easier for SMA customers when accessing these parts, which are generally sold by us. However, this has always been a complicated, time-consuming and bureaucratic process”, he reported.
